5 Tips to Healthy Fasting Ramadan - Unnoticed Ramadan will soon arrive. Ramadan is the month in which every Muslim to learn to control yourself. Broader meaning than just refraining from eating and drinking.

To maintain health during fasting, in this article I will give you 5 tips on healthy fasting ramadhan. Please scrutiny.

1. Eat "Complex Carbohydrates" When Sahur
Given the long hours of fasting, we must take what is called 'complex carbohydrates' or slow food is digested by the body, so that it can reduce hunger during the day. As found in rice, wheat, beans.

-Eat food that is needed during the month of fasting such as bread, cereal, milk, fish, meat, poultry, vegetables and fruit. Even the intake of fruits after meals is recommended.

3. Avoid Fast Food

4. Enough Water Consumption
Consumption of water and juices between Iftar and sleep to avoid dehydration and to detoxify the digestive system during fasting. Avoid large amounts of caffeine intake, especially when the meal.

5. Stay Sport
Mild exercise such as stretching or walking during fasting is recommended. In addition to helping maintain weight, exercise also serves to accelerate blood circulation and maintain your body fitness.
